PHILOSOPHY
Natur Architects was formed to create architecture and objects with a closer connection to nature. Through referencing historic elements and natural materials, the design response is 'material driven' and contextual to the site elements. This provides a framework for form, systems and program; the resulting outcomes are buildings and objects that are paired back to the essential elements without any superfluous ornamentation. At Natur, we look to use natural materials to nurturing spaces which provide a calm environment of inhabitation. Natur Architects takes a 'cradle to cradle' approach, thinking about how buildings and objects affect nature during construction, use and end of life.
