Resting in an elevated location with an outlook over the Mangawhai Estuary, this holiday home is designed with spaces individually positioned for a unique outlook. Split into four areas of use with cross axis running centrally through the building, the Master, Kitchen and Dining, Living and Guest spaces, are separated - but able to be linked as required by occupation. An entrance courtyard provides shelter from wind and rain and a pool to the north links the lawn and living spaces. This is a home which can be adapted for use by 2 or 20 people depending on the occasion.
